We would like to inform you that OnePlus products have traditionally included many India Version and China Version phones. However, in May 2024, OnePlus officially announced its entry into the Bangladeshi market with the introduction of Global Version phones.

Please note: When you visit the service center, they will check your device and IMEI information and inform you about the terms of the service you will receive.

Currently, OnePlus is using OPPO's service centers for support. You can visit any OPPO Authorized Service Center for assistance. Here is the link to find the nearest service center: https://support.oppo.com/bd/service-center/
